How to order.
- Decide on the range of stationery that you would like.
- Decide how many of each item you require. (Remember, it is better to have a few too
many, than to have too few invites)
- Contact with the style you desire, the amounts you require of each item, the colour
scheme (if you would like something different), whether you require writing on the front of
the cards or not (and if so, would you like it in black, grey or gold /silver), which font you
require, and finally which style of insert you would like.
- Once I have received this information, I will send you a return email to confirm receipt of
the order. This email will also confirm the total cost of your order (not including postage) and the
total cost of the deposit to be paid (minimum of 50% of total price -if you place a small order, of less
than £100 I will require payment in full).
- Upon receipt of your deposit, I will order the stock needed to make your order. I will then
make a set of proofs, which will be sent to you for approval. (These will need to signed and
dated and any errors will need to be highlighted, both on the proof and in writing.) Once all
is confirmed as being correct, I will then continue to make up your order.
- When your order is completed, I will contact you for the final payment plus postage
(which will be a maximum of £18.50, should it exceed this I will pay the difference,
should it be less than this, you will pay less). Postage will be royal mail special delivery,
as this is the most secure delivery method available (they also guarantee delivery by
lunchtime the next day, so I can have your item delivered to you at a time suitable for you)
- Once your payment has been received and has cleared, your order will be posted
to you, as arranged.
- Once orders have been mailed, Handmade by Kate accepts no responsibility for loss
or damage. Your order will be sent by the most secure service available and will be
well packed to avoid any damage.
- I am confident you will be happy with any products, however, please ensure I
receive any complaint you may have within seven days of receipt of goods, in order that
action can be taken. I recommend that you check the condition of the order before signing
to confirm you have received the goods in perfect condition. Missing items must also be
reported within seven days.
