Terms and conditions.

  1. All designs are covered by copyright by 'Handmade by Kate'. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part, any design shown on this website and in any material product by 'Handmade by Kate'.

  2. Please note that due to each item being individually hand produced, there will be slight differences between each item.

  3. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. This is to cover costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your order. I will not start to work on your order until I have received your deposit and it has cleared.

  4. If the order is cancelled, the client must pay for any work completed that exceeds the initial deposit.

  5. Payment is required in full before your order will be despatched. You will receive the final bill when your order is complete and ready to send. This final bill will include the postal charges.

  6. When I have received your final payment and it has cleared, I will despatch your items.

  7. A signature wil be required upon delivery, so a convenient delivery time will need to be arranged.

  8. Refunds will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty or does not meet the specifications outlined by the client at the final approval stage. Slight differences between each card are due to the handmade aspect and therefore will not be seen as faulty.

  9. It is the customers responsibility to check their order form and to ensure all spellings, names and any other details are correct.

  10. I will produce proof copies of items required (eg. day invite to include any personalisation on the front and an insert.)

  11. The checking of proofs is the responsibility of the customer. I will require written confirmation, either by letter or email that the proof is fine or that amendments are required. Once this confirmation has been received your order will be put together.

  12. Pleae allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for your order to be completed.

  13. If your order is required sooner than this, please contact me before placing your order.

  14. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice, however any orders already confirmed will not be affected.

  15. Any orders are subject to stock availability. If I experience any problems with supplies of any items used, the customer will be informed and a similar item will be suggested as a replacement.

  16. Copyright permission for the use of hymns to be placed in the order of service must be gained by the customer.
